I provide support with all illnesses, having particular interests in the areas of mental health and 

metabolic/immune/digestive disturbances such as diabetes, arthritis, Hashimoto’s, Crohn’s and Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS).

My Story

 

I am a Naturopath, Nutritionist, Herbalist and a registered Early Childhood Teacher. I have several qualifications:

• Bachelor of Health Science (Naturopathy)             - Endeavour College of Natural Health

• Bachelor of Arts - University of Adelaide

• Bachelor of Teaching Early Childhood Education - University of South Australia

• Bachelor of Education - University of South Australia  

• Master of Education Studies Early Childhood Education - University of South Australia 

• Graduate Diploma in Business Administration - Southern Cross University

Currently I am registered with the Australian Natural Therapists Association (ANTA).

I am an advocate of living a healthy lifestyle and through my clinic aim to improve the quality of life for clients using nutrition  and Western Herbal Medicine, through a positive client experience.

 

Having a history as a Teacher, I value and understand the importance of being an active learner so I readily pursue ongoing learning opportunities by attending meetings, seminars, conferences and workshops. This background also provides me with strategies to support and guide you on your learning journey as you reach and maintain your health goals.

 

My teaching skills also enable me to speak on a range of topics, especially healthy living and eating, tailoring the information to suit your needs.
